Upon termination, the sections titled Prohibited Uses, Indemnification, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Waiver, Dispute Resolution, and any other provisions that by their terms survive termination will remain in effect.
18. Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT.
- Dispute Resolution — We strive to address your concerns without litigation. Before filing a claim, you must try to resolve the dispute informally by sending us a written notice of dispute at [email protected] or [email protected] that includes your name, a detailed description of the dispute, and the remedy you seek. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.
- Arbitration — If a dispute is not resolved through informal discussions within 30 days of our receipt of your notice, it will be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration. The arbitration will be administered by the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) under its Rules, and the seat (legal place) of arbitration will be the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tribunal will consist of one (1) arbitrator. The language of the arbitration will be English. The arbitration award will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

- Governing Law — These Terms and any disputes arising out of them will be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The DIFC Courts will have non-exclusive supervisory jurisdiction over the arbitration (including interim measures or challenges to arbitral awards).
